USPAACC reaches out to Asian American businesses across the country to further enhance business and procurement opportunities for its members and corporate/government members. Our Regional Chapters have local leaders who understand the regional business nuances; so they can guide the various interested parties together for contract successes.

Wen Chang

    Wen Chang is the founder, chairman & CEO of Trade Union International, Inc. He is also the incumbent mayor of the City of Diamond Bar, California (he has been elected to the post three times, in 1999, 2001, & 2005). A successful entrepreneur first and foremost, Wen has been the recipient of numerous distinctions in the field of business, such as the Award of Excellence for Outstanding Entrepreneurs of the Year from the California State Polytechnic University (June 2001) and the Oustanding Entrepreneur for 2004 fromthe Taiwanese American Chamber                                             of Commerce, Southern California.

    Grace McDermott, founder of Tiara International, exports quality cosmetic products and perfume to Asia through its distributors in Hong Kong. She is also a partner in TUSSAH, a company which designs Asian-Inspired fashions for the United States market.

Varghese Chacko

    Varghese Chacko is the founder, owner and CEO of Prompt Services, Inc. a direct mail and fulfillment house formed in 1985 with operations in Georgia, Texas, and Illinois. Since its founding, it has developed expertise in direct mail, event coordination, data management,                                             facility management, binary and addressing services. Varghese is the Chairman of the Board                                             of United American Bank in Des Plaines, Illinois and the WGN-Channel Entrepreneur of the                                             Year 2002.

Sandeep Gauba

    Sandeep Gauba is President and CEO of Metasys Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of Business and Technology solutions specializing in Supply Chain solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, and Professional Staffing solutions.
